Made to order
BNVR clothing is printed to order. Production and delivery are separate stages. Please contact us before ordering if you need an estimate for a particular date.
Delivery destinations and charges
UK shipping is available for the current hoodies. Available destinations, delivery options and the final charge are shown at checkout before you pay. The current range does not include a free-shipping offer.
Check your delivery address carefully. Contact bnvr7123@gmail.com promptly if an address or order detail needs correcting; changes may not be possible once production or dispatch has begun.
We will send delivery updates by email. If your order is late or a tracking update is unclear, contact BNVR with your order number.
Change-of-mind returns
Tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order, then return it within the following 14 days. Email us for the correct return instructions and address before sending anything.
You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. A deduction may apply if handling beyond what is necessary reduces its value. You pay change-of-mind return postage; a tracked service is recommended.
For an eligible cancellation of the full order, we refund the item price and the cost of standard outbound delivery. Any premium-delivery upgrade is not refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs if available. We will arrange an appropriate remedy and explain how to return an item if necessary. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the original item under the returns terms and place a separate order for the replacement size or design.
